Artist Statement
I believe that there is no box to think outside of. Think, imagine, create.
I utilize the Workshop Model (Doing instead of being talked at) to its fullest potential. No matter the age or subject matter, my pedagogical lens focuses on creation in a cooperative and judgment-free atmosphere.
My background is rich in Improvisation, Storytelling, Creative Dramatics & Directing, Public Speaking, Shakespearean studies, Presentation Skills, and Creative Writing. Plus a little of this, a lot of that.
As of September 2021, I lead Communication courses at Mercy College as an Adjunct Professor. My creative path still allows me to lead workshops, facilitate Professional Development programs, lead online creative writing classes, and direct performances.
"Creativity is intelligence having fun." ~ Albert Einstein
