Artist Statement
Jaimey Steele is a composer/songwriter. She has been an ASCAP composer, song writer and educator for 20 years. Steele has written songs for Sesame Street, The NYC Zoo, NASA and the Space Program, and for environmental organizations like Greenepeace and The International Fund for Animal Welfare. Recently, she has worked with Pre- K and Kindergarten students, helping them create and perform their own songs pertaining to their science curriculum.
